By booking a service or using this website, you agree to the following terms.

Services:

Kate Creative Studios provides website design services, consultations, and related digital services. All services are customized based on your business needs.

Payments:

​

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required upfront to begin any project.

 

The remaining balance is due upon completion, before the website is transferred or finalized. 

 

Due to the nature of digital services, all payments are non-refundable once work has started.  

​

​Consultations:

​

Consultations are 15-minute sessions held via phone call or Google Meet. 

​

These calls are used to discuss your needs and determine the best service. No design work is completed during our call. 

​

Turnaround Time:

​

Project timelines vary depending on the scope of work and responsiveness from the client. 

​

Delays in communication or missing content may extend the timeline. 

​

Client Access & Interference:

​

If you already have an existing website, you agree not to make edits, changes, or updates while work is in progress. 

​

Any changes made during the design process may:

• Delay your project

• Affect the final result

• Require additional fees to fix

​

Client Responsibilities:

​

​You agree to:

• Provide accurate information

• Respond in a timely manner

• Supply any needed content (text, images, branding, etc.)

 

Once you approve a design or section, it is considered final unless revisions are still available. 

​

Revisions:

Each project includes 2 rounds of revisions.

​

A revision is defined as:

• Small edits or adjustments to an existing design

• Not a full redesign or starting over

​

Requests that involve:

• Changing the entire layout

• Redesigning previously approved sections

• Multiple ongoing changes after revisions are used

​

Approval Policy:

​

Clear and honest feedback is required during the design process. 

​

If you approve a design or say you are satisfied, and later request significant changes, this may count as a revision or require additional fees. 

​

Website Ownership:

​

Once the project is completed and the final payment is made, ownership of the website is transferred to you. 

​

You are responsible for maintaining your website unless you are on a monthly plan. 

​

Monthly Plan:

​

The monthly website plan includes ongoing updates, edits, and support. 

​

This plan can be canceled at any time, but it must be done before the next billing cycle. 

​

Limitation of Liability

​

Kate Creative Studios is not responsible for any loss of business, revenue, or data resulting from the use of your website.

Changes to Terms:

​

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of services means you accept any updates.
