Payments & Deposits

Payment is required before services begin unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

For larger projects, a deposit may be required to secure scheduling and begin work.

Deposits and completed work are non-refundable once services have started.

​

Failure to complete payment may result in paused or canceled services.

Marketplace Listing Services

​

Clients are responsible for providing accurate item information, photos, flaws, measurements (unless measurement add-ons are purchased), and account access when necessary.

Kate Creative Studios does NOT:

• Guarantee sales or profits
• Handle shipping or fulfillment
• Process returns or exchanges
• Communicate with buyers unless otherwise agreed upon
• Manage payouts, banking, or payment accounts

Clients remain fully responsible for their marketplace accounts and all sales activity.

Account Access & Security

Clients may voluntarily provide temporary account access for requested services.

Clients are encouraged to:

• Remove stored payment methods when possible
• Enable two-factor authentication
• Update passwords after project completion

Kate Creative Studios is not responsible for platform issues, account suspensions, policy violations, or actions taken by third-party platforms.

Turnaround Times

For local concierge or drop-off services, clients remain responsible for their inventory.

Inventory not picked up within the agreed timeframe may be subject to storage fees.

Kate Creative Studios is not responsible for normal wear, manufacturer defects, or pre-existing item conditions.

Intellectual Property

All website designs, graphics, written content, templates, and creative work created by Kate Creative Studios remain the property of Kate Creative Studios until final payment has been received.
